My name is Joanne Hornsby. I manage the physio-room in Halifax. I qualified from Bradford University 2003 with an honors degree in Physiotherapy and specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in the private sector.
Specialising in the treatment of back pain and sports injuries, I have treated many athletes, and have worked closely with UK athletics and disabled athletes. I also have a particular interest in sports massage.
I graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with an honours degree in Sport & Exercise Science in 1999.
I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), the Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice (OCPPP) and the Health Professions Council (HPC).
I regularly undertake post-graduate training courses to enhance my continuous professional development.
